FAQ

We cannot wait to meet you! A few things to note before booking your appointment…

  • Our collection ranges in price from $1500-$9,600. The majority of our gowns are priced between $2,500-$3,500. If you would like more information on a designer or gown, please email us at info@leselbridal.com to inquire; please allow 48-72 hours for a reply.

Bridal designers do not typically run traditional "sales", but follow us on Insta and Facebook for updates on specials offered throughout the year.

  • This is a big one. Although we allow up to 5 guests, we want to ensure that YOU are enjoying this moment and not getting confused by too many opinions. Invite the people who know you best and whose opinions you value most. They are the ones who know your personal style best. Your dress should reflect YOU, not them. When this one loves it and that one hates it, you can easily lose sight of YOUR vision. Make sure to bring the crew that you want there with you when you say Yes to the Dress.

  • It’s helpful, but not necessary, to have a strapless bra (only if you feel you need to based on bust size) and spanx or shapewear. You want to envision yourself on your wedding day, so these items play a key role!

  • At Le Sel, every bride who walks through our door deserves our undivided attention. This is why we reach out to each bride BEFORE the appointment. We want to spend enough time getting to know our brides, understanding their style, and creating their vision for the most important day of their life. We are dedicated to going above and beyond to ensure an experience that will be remembered forever. Book your appointment here! Once your appointment is set we will call, text, or email you to get some deets.

  • Once you’ve found your gown, we will take your measurements and order your dress as close to your current size as possible. Our designers make their dresses in standard sizing with a standard size chart. We will order the size that is as closest to your measurements as possible. Since we are all shaped differently, alterations are always needed! Some designers have meade-to-measure options. These do incur additional fees and would be discussed and explained prior to purchasing the gown if you choose that as an option.

  • You said YES!! You’re getting married! Now let’s plan. We recommend that you begin shopping for your dress at least 8-12 months before your wedding. It can take up to 7 months for your gown to arrive. We suggest a timeline of 3 months for alterations leading up to your wedding date. Some designers will accommodate tight deadlines, but it’s always best to play it safe; aka – let's not add tight deadlines to an already anxiety inducing day. Know what we mean? Make sure to book your venue/wedding date before your gown appointment. This is necessary to know your timeline, weather, and vibe!

  • We work with 2 in-house seamstresses. Typically alterations for wedding gowns run about $500 - $900 depending on how much work needs to be done. Please note you are under no obligation to work with our seamstresses and are encouraged to work with whomever you feel most comfortable with. We have alteration packages priced at a flat fee or per process. We will advise which will be most cost effective before starting any work on your gown.
